2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

2.2 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

2.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.4 One Account Per User: Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination.

2.5 Business Verification: Venue partners may be required to provide additional verification documents to confirm business legitimacy.

2.6 Tax Compliance: You are solely responsible for tax compliance related to income earned through the Platform.

2.7 Account Changes: You must notify us promptly of any changes to your account information, including business name, address, or ownership.

3.1 Booking Process: When you submit a booking request, you are making an offer to book the venue at the displayed price. The booking is not confirmed until the venue accepts your request.

3.2 Pricing: Prices displayed include the venue rental fee. Additional costs such as local taxes, service charges, and optional add-ons will be confirmed by the venue before final confirmation.

3.3 Payment: Payment arrangements are made directly with the venue. We do not process payments on behalf of venues unless explicitly stated.

3.4 Cancellation: Cancellation policies vary by venue. Review the venue's cancellation policy before booking. Refunds are subject to the venue's policy.

3.5 Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate information about your event, including guest count, dates, and special requirements.

4.1 Listing Requirements: You must own or have legal authorization to list the venue. All information must be accurate and current.

4.2 Commission: A 15% commission is charged on all confirmed bookings. Commission is due within 30 days of event completion.

4.3 Response Time: You must respond to booking requests within 48 hours. Late responses may result in account flagging and reduced search visibility.

4.4 Pricing Consistency: Prices listed on the Platform should be competitive with other channels. Deliberate price inflation is prohibited.

4.5 Availability: You agree to keep your calendar updated and honor confirmed bookings.

5.1 Marketplace Only: WeddingVenues is a marketplace connecting customers with venues. We do not own, operate, or manage venues listed on the Platform.

5.2 No Guarantee: While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of any venue.

5.3 Not a Party to Bookings: Bookings are contracts between customers and venues. We are not a party to these agreements.

5.4 Dispute Resolution: While we may assist in resolving disputes, the ultimate responsibility lies between the customer and venue.

5.5 Customer Support: We provide customer support for platform-related issues and technical assistance.

5.6 Payment Facilitation: While venues collect payments directly, we facilitate the connection and provide invoicing services for commissions.

5.7 Platform Improvements: We continuously improve our platform based on user feedback and industry best practices.

Violate any laws or regulations All use of the Platform must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws.

Infringe on intellectual property rights Respect all copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights of others.

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content Providing false information undermines trust and may result in legal action.

Harass, abuse, or harm other users We have zero tolerance for abusive behavior toward any user of the Platform.

8.1 AS-IS Service: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8.2 No Liability for Venues: We are not liable for the actions, services, or failures of venues listed on the Platform.

8.3 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeddingVenues shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9.1 General Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeddingVenues, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform.

9.2 Third-Party Claims: You will defend us against any third-party claims arising from your content, listings, or activities on the Platform.

9.3 Venue Partner Indemnification: Venue partners indemnify us against claims arising from property conditions, services provided, or interactions with customers.

9.4 Customer Indemnification: Customers indemnify us against claims arising from their events, conduct at venues, or violation of venue policies.

9.5 Cooperation: You agree to cooperate with us in the defense of any indemnified claims.

12.1 Modification Rights: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Platform notification.

12.2 Acceptance of Changes: Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform.

12.3 Mediation If negotiations fail, either party may initiate mediation with a mutually agreed mediator before commencing legal proceedings.

14.1 Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WeddingVenues.

14.2 Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

14.3 No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

14.4 Assignment: You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to any party.

15.1 Updates We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

15.2 Notification We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

15.3 Version History Previous versions of our terms are available upon request.

15.4 Severability If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

15.5 Entire Agreement These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WeddingVenues.
